Oh my gaaahhhhh, this looks delicious. After staring at this for more than 10 minutes, I am determined to make this for breakfast tomorrow morning.

Friendship is one of the greatest blessings my heart has experienced in life.  Who needs anything else when you have a friend, the wilderness, a camera, and your journal. One thing I know, I am not a very persistent opinionated person, I love dreaming, freedom and adventure.  I could care less whether someones right or wrong, or talking politics, for we should all just love and live in harmony. And I love best with those who love and energize me to live free.  So if you have an opinion and want to talk about what you think, I probably will just be listening to the song singing in my head a melody, idea or creation, lost in the world of a deep thinker.

Look past it.

Set your alarm.  Get up bright and early.  Pull on a baggy top and jogging bottoms.  go outside, no matter what the weather.  Run through the cool breeze, walk through the vibrant lemon trees.  Nice and early when no one is around, the air is filled with the melody of the birds. Then go home, cut some fruit, apples, strawberries, oranges, mango’s.  All in.  Add a little yogurt. Go pour yourself some water. Fresh water. Ice cold. Refreshing. Go upstairs. Turn on the shower.  Wash your hair with coconut lavender shampoo and conditioner.  Dry yourself all over.  Slather yourself in body butter.  You smell nice, clean, innocent and pure.  Put on an over sized sweater jeans and boots.  Let your hair air dry naturally.  All natural.  Go to the mirror.  Look at what you see.  Don’t like it? Pick out three things that you love.  Your beautiful hazel eyes that shimmer green, your shinny hair, your tinted cheeks.  Get a glass of water.  Paint your nails.  Read a book.  Go for a walk.  Call your friends.  Spend some time with your family.  Spend some time outside.  You know this will be a beautiful day.  The sun might not be shining, but you are.  This day will be perfect.  This day will be the most perfect day you’ve had so far.  No binging, no purging.  No cutting, not hating.  Only loving and laughing and living. You can and should do this.

If we fall in love because someone makes us laugh, what happens when we no longer find them funny? If we fall in love because someone is beautiful, what happens when that beauty fades? If we fall in love because someone can provide for us, what happens when they lose their wealth? Because love defies all reasons. When you truly love someone, you can’t just find a reason. You just do.

Sometimes all I need is to know there will be someone who will catch me when I fall.
